eGlobalTech Awarded USCIS’s FAMISS Contract

ARLINGTON, Va., Jan. 4, 2016 /PRNewswire/ — eGlobalTech (eGT), a leading provider of management and IT consulting services for the Federal Government, has been awarded the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) FISMA Access Management and Information Security Services (FAMISS) task order. Through this task order, eGT will provide full scope information security program support. This support includes security engineering, ongoing authorization, insider threat management, and Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM).

eGT continues to grow its Information Assurance and Cybersecurity (IA&C) practice, and its Department of Homeland Security (DHS) presence. “We recognize the vital role technology plays in delivering USCIS’s promise of customer-focused service. USCIS was established in 2003, as a component of the United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS), to perform immigration service functions of the federal government. USCIS is tasked with the oversight of lawful immigration into the United States, including applications for citizenship and lawful permanent residency, asylum and refugee petitions, and other benefits and services.
