A respected leader and health care expert, Dr. Schulterbrandt has more than 20 years of experience supporting the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and CMS. As vice president of operations and delivery for CMS programs, she will further eGlobalTech’s footprint in the federal health care arena by focusing on strategic growth, enhancing customer engagement strategies and ensuring the delivery of quality services.

Schulterbrandt holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Columbia University, a Master of Public Health degree from George Washington University and a doctorate in anatomy and neurobiology with an emphasis in neurosciences from the University of Maryland.
